Strome Castle stands on a small promontory near to the old Strome Ferry slipway.

The ruins of Strome Castle provide a fine vantage point from which to view the Cuillins on the Isle of Skye.

Smuggler's Cove is a favourite local beauty spot about 2 miles from Big Dan's Croft.

Ardaneaskan is a pretty little hamlet at the end of the little side road leading from the west end of Lochcarron village. This view shows the entrance to Loch Carron.

Finally, we have some views of Lochcarron village and its namesake Loch Carron. In the background are the snow-capped mountains of Applecross.
